⊿ Goal Builders
You can do anything, and we can help you do it.
You provide the goals and we break them down into a plan of action.
For no cost, you can begin now by scheduling our free 20 minute planning exercise.
You follow the plan, and we know when you don't.
Every week, we'll check and reflect on what worked, what didn't. And, if you need it, help you regain your momentum if you lost it.
Most big things take some time and the path of success is not always a straight line. We're with you to the end.
Do you always hit the deadlines assigned to you, but always miss the ones you set yourself?
Do you find it easier to speak up for someone else than when its only for yourself?
Is it a joy to text a friend, but just impossible to write?
We're motivated by what our work means to others.
Q. What have people accomplished with this service?
If you have a dream, that is all you need. In our initial planning session we will help you break down your goal into distinct tasks, and help you put together a plan of action that you can begin on immediately.
Q. How does this work?
Our approach is centered around the realities of getting things done. We're social creatures. None of us exist in a vacuum, and motivation isn't so simple as carrots and sticks.
At Goal Builders, we work with you to find your own way because we consider our job getting you to your goals, not by harassing you with ignorable text messages and reminder emails, but by keeping your goals actionable and meaningful.
This even applies to how our company manages the coaching teams. We pay close attention to the incentives of our coaches, and make sure that your progress is meaningful to them on a number of levels. By making sure they keep skin in the game, you know that they really do want you to get what you want done.
Q. Aren't there cheaper alternatives?
It depends on what you are trying to accomplish. If you want to learn how to program (a common request), then you might compare this to a 12 week intensive. They cost between $12,000 to $20,000, and frequently require relocation or a full time commitment. However, we've had success with helping individuals with minimal experience get to a point where they landed a job in the software industry. Start to finish, we provided them 50 weeks of motivational support, and they paid less than a quarter of the cost of an intensive course.
If you are trying to learn a foreign language or musical instrument, then nothing is better than a personal tutor. But, sometimes that isn't feasible, afforable, or available to you. Private lessons in some areas may be as much as $200 a week, or not exist at all. As for group lessons, some people get very anxious in class settings, and prefer to try an autodidactic route. We've helped both the independent learners, and those needing a bit more than group lessons.
A lot of goals do not have clear paths, and for those life coaches are sometimes employed. However, they can cost anywhere between $250 and $500 per session. Weekly meetings could cost you $1000 to $2000 a month.
